    Commercial lot for sale.. area=509m²
    The lot is located along the major road of the city within the urban area and just 650 meters from the capitol building. A walking distance from Silliman University, St. Paul University and the ongoing construction of AMA University. Dumaguete is called the university city in the Philippines. Furthermore the lot is a walking distance from the Negros Oriental Integrated Hospital and the Negros Oriental Justice Hall. (see map)
    Dumaguete City has enough power supply which is supplied by a geothermal power from a nearby town supplying the whole Negros, Panay and Cebu islands. On the other hand Negros island is one of the largest in the Philippines and it has enough water and raw materials. And most of all Dumaguete City is the most peaceful City in the Philippines.
