    well, quality costs money. If you need it for business you find several supplier in Manila, they send it to Duma if your order is big enough and you have an account there.

    you also can get in touch with Guenther in Casablanca, I know him and another guy are setting up a kind of "supply-business" for resorts and private people for imported or "out-of-stock-in-Duma" articles. don't know if it's running already, but I saw the product lists and there is a lot of interesting stuff on it...

    They also sell big 5kg blocks of the stuff in Lee Plaza but I haven't tried it :smile:

    Thed 5kg blocks from Kraft is not mozzarella cheese If you look closely It says pizza cheese this is not mozzarella but a cheese by-product

    Thanks, that's good to know but the blocks I saw were huge at 15-20kg each and were just labeled mozzarella. Please keep us updated whatever you find.
