For a short term rent is as low as $50usd a week, and that includes power/electricity,water and gas....
Long term rental..PHP5,000 a month, you have to pay the amenities...cheers !

Hello,
I have called your sister on saturday in order to know if i and my friend can be hosted from feb 14 until march 1 early morning. Normaly she gaves you my email address.
It seems to be ok but she asked me to call back 1 or 2 weeks before i arrive in Dumaguete. Well, as you know it takes little less than 2 days traveling from Europe to Dumaguete. It would be nice to get a final confirmation for the booking to avoid a long search in case of no vaccancy.

will take cottage right away until june 1st when U.S. I return and will need place again if available for up to 8 months when I return again in anytime between aug. and dec.2010. tunjo@care2.com on facebook also under same e-mail and name olatunji oluwajuyemi and have site on this dumaguete forum as refugee. I am in tian awan or oslob-cebu side of dumaguete area and need to stay closer to dumaguete. hopefully soon and I can take it right away for about 4 months.
