LF: house for rent

Hello DI people,

I've been browsing on this forums for a long time now but just recently registered. I'm from Manila and moving to Dumaguete around April.

I'm looking for a house for rent that is accessible to the city. Valencia area sounds great. I need unfurnished as I will bring all my things via 20 ft container.
Atleast 2 bedrooms and 2 TB will do and a small yard where my child can play.

I am currently building a 2 bedroom house in Valencia.
That will be for rent, long term.
The house should be fin in april (in theory...lol).
Its located in the town propper, not far from the market and schools.
The lady managing it should be able to give you more info.
She will know more than me about the going rates for rent etc.
