looking for small rental 4 months

looking for one person size rental house or apartment prefer furnished and amenities with space to have a friend visit without cramp.Need just outside dumaguete but same Island.Need from now til june 1st 4months 5000peso range is in my budget.Hate to get big multi bed house and not use it all,so smaller is my first choice and longest term for now is 4 months but plan future trips from U.S. for up to 8 months in around aug. to dec.2010.Thanks.

I am having no luck with Phones where I'm at 20 miles out of dumaguete on cebu island.10 phone#'s and 0 ring tones... not even a ring tone much less no answer. I also don't know what rentals go for but some advertised go for 3500 peso,5000peso and the 9000peso I could afford but then I would have room for 4 girlfriends and enough trouble to send me back home to my mother in a shamble...Thanks and if any help you can is appreciated.Too bad we can't drink together,maybe meet sometime any way...Thanks

Yes, there are places which go for 3500 - 5000 but those are unfurnished except for maybe something very simple like a bed frame (buy your own foam.) If you are looking for something you can live in right away without having to buy a bunch of stuff then you are looking at closer to 10,000.

I rented a 3 bedroom all to myself and don't plan on 3 girlfriends either so now I am looking for some one to rent from me a room in a full house furnished and I am hireing a maid. I am short term back to USA in 3&half months so I'm looking for tourist foreigners to rent to by the night or the week and possibly by the month. tunjio@care2.com link facebook also. AC in master bed only. beats the prices of the cheapest rates in town with quality to spare..
