Hi professor, welcome on this forum. What about first coming here and look around some days ? It will give you much more certainty regarding the one you like and the 'value for money'. It won't be that difficult to buy a second hand. There are too many of them here and a lot of very 'fresh' ones are already for sale after some months again because the buyer could not pay his monthly terms to the shop or bank :D

Sorry , I'm not gonna list them here. There are as I said MANY. First get here and look around, is what I did advise. You will soon agree why it was NOT needed to get a list in advance. When coming from the airport into Dumaguete you must have seen at your right hand side already many second hand dealers. If they all are good ? Who can say that ? If they all are cheaters ? Who can say that ? Anyhow you need to see the potential motorbike(s).
