Looking for beach lot, between Dauin and Siaton, about 1-3 thou sqm size. Would prefer to have swimmable beach (not stony or rocky), but not essential. No agents at all please. Look forward to hearing from owners. Cheers!
We have some lots still available (between 1000 en 1300 m2) in the middle of the area you 're looking: Zamboanguita. But these lots form part of a BeachPark and are not directly at the beach but the park goes all the way from the highway to the beach. No, I'm NOT an agent. I live there as well. If you mean with Zambuagueta the same as my municipality Zamboanguita than you can drop in at our place any time. Of course we're also sometimes at the boulevard in Dumaguete (like today) but most of the time I enjoy our peaceful place ApoVista (Barangay Maluay). See you soon at our house halfway the highway and the beach.
Oh, I remember now. We did go to your place a couple months back. Unfortunately we're looking for something of our own on the beach.
