pork ribs and smoked chicken

Does anyone know where i can get a constant supply of pork ribs and pork shoulders that are of quality. I need 50 kg. a week. Let me know.

Also, if anyone out there would like a real American style smoked chicken, email me. They run aprox. 1kg. in there own natural juice. I marinate them for over 8 hr.in my blend of spices and then slow smoke them to perfection.

They are p200 ea. and i need 24 hr notice to prepare them.
