Nikon D40 DSLR w/ tripod and case - 19,000PhP

I am selling my Nikon D40 because I recently upgraded and will no longer be using it. But I have to say the D40 is an amazing Camera that is very easy to use. If your willing to make a reasonable offer just let me know. Also be careful when buying off sites like sulit, unless you can see it in person, I tend to not buy. while there is one listed for 15,000 there most are around what I listed. I'm not trying to bag on sulit I have used it before and will most likely use it again. Im just saying watch out when ordering stuff from Manila. I guess Im just picky like that

 

As frequently happens here, some busybody(who has no interest in the product for sale anyway) has referenced a search engine and found similar products elsewhere in the world advertised for sale at a lower price.

What this person fails to take into account are the various risks/costs associated with:

A: Getting a product safely delivered to your door here in Dumaguete from an unknown and distant seller. Is the product description accurate? Is the camera genuine, undamaged, stolen ? What recourse would you have if something went wrong ? Would you send them the money in advance and hope for the best ? See what they say if you ask them to send you the product before paying so you can inspect it !

B: Taking the time(and incur the expense) to travel to Las Pinas, Bulacan, or elsewhere in Metro Manila all to save the 2,000-4000p price difference between there and here.

Here you can at least meet the seller and inspect the camera, ask questions, negotiate, and most certainly, seek revenge if crossed.

 

This happens to be an excellent camera. I have read about it quite often on the only website I go to when I need any info. about cameras and lenses- kenrockwell.com This Guy's a Pro and knows what He's talking about. This particular camera happens to be one of is favorite go to cameras whenever He's on the go.
