Ron, In my humble opinion, I believe that Mia's is the place where quality and price come together to make it one of my top resturants in Duma.

Cafe Laguna has primarily a filipino flavor; not necessarily something all foreigners like. Knowing that, I stick with multiple appetizers which I prefer over the main courses. The wife, however, loves the food. Btw, rather pricey for Dgte.

The Wife and I were dancing till somewhere around 2am. I was a little hungry and didn't see much open, so she took me to Hoy Lugaw on the Boulevard. She orderer chicken lugaw for her and beef lugaw for me. I was surprised It was a delicious bowl of soup and I think it was only P48. I don't know about the rest of the menu but lugaw is tasty.

Casablanca has lots of chef's specials tonight. We had the Thai Fish Curry and the Vegetable Lasagna, both under 300p and very good.

    Can't get better!

It is the top restaurant in Dumaguete.....I like to taste the meat and not all the hot spices that some place serve. Long life for Mia's... friendly people to.
A place with class and ambiance!
