    Hi All

A friend of mine has pretty much decided he wants to retire in Southern Negros.

He is looking for a beach front lot, he does not need to be close to town, south (west?) of Zamboanguita is perfectly acceptable

Purchase or Long Term Lease. .. He is not in a particular hurry and will consider pretty much anything as long as there is a proper title. If leased, lease will need to be noted on the title.

No house or amenities needed other than ability to get power and water (well/bore is fine if it can be dropped)

On beach preferred, but on other side of a quiet road would also be fine.

Nothing on the National Highway, too noisy ..

If anyone knows of anything going, or any recommended areas let me know

    Thanks in advance ..

There is a beach lot available in Bacong that my neighbor told me about. There are lots available on my road but a kilometer from the water, paved road and cable, power, water (most of the time), p1K per sqmtr. I'm guessing the beach lot will go for 3k+ per sqmtr. What size and price range is he looking for?

Just looked at beach front lots

Looked at some beach front lots a little closer to town , maybe 10 minutes from Robinsons Mall and actually they were all sold . They went for 8000/sq meter . They were 500 sq meter ea . I suppose they are less expensive the farther out you go . Good luck .

Pat, totally open, purely a function of size, location and price, and of course, Patience ... I would say that location is probably the priority, being away from a population center is preferred ..

    Cheers
