For a while they had slacked off on the dress code at Immigration in Cebu but a friend who just returned from processing his 13a visa tells me that the security guard is turning away anyone not properly dressed. A shirt with either long or short sleeves, long pants and shoes, no flip flops.
I was there last Monday getn my card and did notice so many wearing flip flops, shorts, locals and expats. I mentioned it to my wife coz she insisted I wear long pants and shoes not sandals. the sign out front tells the proper attire to do business there. Well glad i took her advice coz if the guard had orders to crack down that day would have been a long ride home with I told you so, hahah
Hello Kenny in Bacolod there are no rules like that, except at the local LTO office when trying to get a drivers licence, heheh i was turned away becuase i was wearing shorts and flip flops, no driving test was needed but still long pants shirt and shoes, what about there in Dumaguete? Brian
