Ems i just sent several legal sized documents to the states via EMS. i put them into a large manila envelope i got at LP and took them to the post office near the duma park. they put them into a large plastic type EMS envelope with the shipping address on the cover. the USPO handles EMS in the states and these went to a po box but they will also deliver to a residence. the receiver had to sign, took a week for p850. http://philpost.gov.ph/web/international-mail-service/ https://www.usps.com/send/express-mail-international.htm norm : ))~
LBC at the mall will charge you about the same as PhilPost and with LBC you'll be able to track your documents online. The guy that works at the Robinsons Mall LBC is named Tony, he's a good guy and has always been very helpful and professional in my dealings with him. But don't seal the package before bringing it to them. They're required to check the contents of your package to verify that you're not sending money or monetary instruments.
We use LBC on a regular basis, probably 50 documents or more over the last 5 years. Never a problem and not much more than regular mail. Trackable online. Delivered by UPS in areas that are not serviced by LBC. Larry
thanks everyone for your input...ill try and call all these offices mentioned and see what gives me the greatest deal...have a good day
