That's why this is such a 'simple' place. For what you need: - Left hand side of the approach road to the old bridge (from Mandaue city to Mactan island) in Cebu. At least 2 shops selling brand new items as you requested info on. Other than that, look for restobars going out of business in DGT, quite a few recently by all accounts. Otherwise, inquire from owners/managers of the same that have been in business awhile here and have succeeded, e.g. Marcos (Why Not), Gunther (Casablanca), Joel (Honey Comb), etc etc. Or try a 'search engine', under catering equipment-Cebu-new or used.......not really that difficult.
Thanks for the reply. I already been those routes. Was hoping for something closer to home. A "simple" place for the "simple" minded, eh?:p
And who exaclty would they sell to? There are only a few foreigners with the money or belief that they know what they are doing. That's the question you need to be asking about your restaurant, who are you going to sell to and why should they buy it and at what price?
The "why not" is very much apparent in this situation and reason enough for ME not to pursue it. And while I find the quote inspiring in less mundane situations I am certainly not dreaming of the subject of this post. So I would say my comment was not in conflict at all.:p
