Hello all...Can someone refer me to a good lawyer please? preferably from Siquijor, but okay if from Dumaguete. This is about neighbor disputes...noise, property, harassment, threats, defamation, all that good stuff. Long story. We need a really good and aggressive lawyer (and of course, reasonably priced) since the neighbor is from a prominent political family (not concurrent) and think they are untouchable. I know many will say forget about it, but you know what... I'm sick and tired of being told to calm down while these freaking barbaric family just do what they want and make it a living hell for my family... I will fight them to the grave. So please, no comments like "you dont like them, move somewhere else", blah, blah, blah. BTW, we lived there first before they moved in. Anyways, this forum has always been so helpful to me. Congratulations to the administrators for making this a wonderful forum!
A good lawyer is not cheap in the Philippines. So maybe you will sail another direction when you hear how much it will cost you. Just try attorney Palma. His office is on the first floor in the same building as SMART telecom. Have stairs at the left and at the right side of this building
