69yo male usa expat coming from 6 years in panamá, non-smoker, very light drinker, tidy, quiet, naturalista looking for a rental or house sitting situation in the zambo/siaton area. i'm looking for something furnished or unfurnished, i don't need anything fancy, just a basic kitchen, indoor bath, outdoor space, power and *quiet*. internet and cell connection is necessary, a usb modem type connection would be ok. prefer a rural upland area. chickens, 'cept for fighting cock camps, are no problem but i can live w/o barking untrained dogs and karaoke. do you have a fixer upper? i have some tools with me, maybe i could put your rental back together for you. i have experience with commercial and residential stick frame construction, electrical, plumbing, remodeling, woodshop (high end cabinets, doors and windows), organic gardening and landscaping. jack of all trades tho i don't have experience with welding or cement work. i'm not looking for work but i do like to putz : ) thanks... norm : ))~ 0915-864-3414
There's an American from Seattle area with extra units to rent in his large compound on the beach in Zambo. I know there's internet, but I don't know much else about his place etc.

Well, this IS Jellyfish. All you are looking for is here at our place in Zamboanguita at the beach. The only thing is that I don't have our bungalow (whith all you need inside) and a Studio available right now. Our bungalow is still rented till March 2012 (with option to extend) and the Studio has some reservations for this year. If you need more information however, send me a PM or call me (09475005100).

There are two foreigners down that way with compounds who rent additional units on their property. One owned by Bob, and the other by a guy named Marshal. I am told the lifestyle at the first is a bit zanier than at the second, but those are only rumors...
