    Hi,

My gf and I moved to Dumaguete about 2 weeks ago and interested in meeting others who would like to get together every now and then for motorcycle rides to various places.

It is always nice to have company on rides.

Anyone interested, please call me at 09297265364.

    Thanks,

    Dan

How big a bike are you talking about?

I am in the process of buying a new Kawasaki 135 Rouser, but the size of the bike for rides isn't important. We are just looking for people who would enjoy getting together to ride around, stop for lunch, sightsee, etc.

I have a Kawasaki Ninja but enjoy a slower joy ride from time to time. I don't ride on the highways at night and need to stick to the paved roads but other than that I enjoy riding in the Dumaguete/Cebu Island/Siquijor area.

Send me a PM and I'll shoot you my cell #.

I sent you a PM, but my number is in my post.

I don't like to ride at night or in the rain if I can help it. To me, they add an extra danger that isn't necessary. Riding here is bad enough without adding to it.

I also only like paved roads, and being new here, would like to do some exploring and also see different islands.

Staying on pavement really limits "exploring". The wife and I rode to Bais and back yesterday, several KM worth of bad road there. Pavement only limits you to pretty much high traffic main roads, which are not our preference. We enjoy low traffic area rides, which usually do entail at least some non paved roads.

I said that I liked paved roads better, but I do go off pavement to do some exploring.

Today, we took at trip to the south to Tamboto Bay, and spent a lot of time off road.

My gf and I go on rides most days if anyone is interested in joining us (my phone number is in my original post). Sometimes we might ride up to San Jose to the north or to Tambobo Bay to the south or to some waterfalls to the west. Othertimes, just a leisurly ride in and around the beaches.
