Looking for a cheap furnished apartment 2 bedrooms for the end of december 2011..

Hello!!! Please anyone help me to find a cheap furnished apartment in dumaguete city negros oriental...
I need 2 bedrooms and accessable by pedicab...

 

Everyones definition of "cheap" is different. What may be cheap to some may be expensive to another. What is your budget?

 

12thousand philippine money is my budget...

 

i know of some modern, clean, furnished 2bd apartments, located 2 blocks off the hi-way near the duma/bacong city limits.

p8,500mo., includes cable and cable i'net is extra for p800.

thanx for the info, can you give me any contact to that house? or maybe an exact location so I can view the house 2 weeks from now... is it still accessible by a pedicab? I know bacong is little bit far but I will try to see if I will not find hard to get a transportation as I dont have any vehicle.... :o.... thanx again kelpguy you are a big help ...

 

- when going south out of duma, the road surface will change to from concrete to blacktop.
- on your right, about a klick past the pavement change, is an official green road sign for a intersecting road going to valencia. (this is well past the main rd to valencia at robinson's)
- on the left, immediately after the valencia turn is a left turn into an area known as scions.
- turn into scions, take the 1st and only left and go to the end of the street and turn right. the office, ''Bacong apartments'' will be on the left. ya can't miss it even if you blink.

trykes come in here to drop people off but they don't cruise the area looking for riders. multicabs/easyrides and jeepneys are on the hi-way.

you should be able to pick up a tryke by robinson's and get them to take you all the way altho it's outside of the duma city limits and they have their territories.
or, take a dauin multicab from the terminal just around the corner from the old church across from the park and tell the driver you want to get off at the valencia rd/scions intersection. i think it's p8.

it's 15 minutes from downtown duma on a regular.

there appears to be 2 vacancies now and i'm moving out in the near future.

I looked at Bacong Apts, and they are fine, except they told me they want a minimum 6 month contract.
