Break Lights would be good. I would be happy just to see brake lights on the motorcycle or Trike in front of me at night. It is difficult to look for dark outlines in the ongoing headlights ahead to see if some one is driving with no lighting.
the roads here are fully meant to control an exploding population. They don't enforce traffic rules and allow people to drive vehicles that are not road worthy for a reason. It's yet another way to assist in population control.
