Iv'e been put in Jail

No have only been here in this subd.since April 2010 - I have found out that the crimes against women has a mandatory warrant for arrest with a P120,000 bail applied no matter if you are going to fight the case in court you will still be arrested, this all come about because the lawyer got my ex to sign a contract the he will get 25% of every thing she gets from me, so he encouraged her to make up a good story, so in the phils guilty until proven innocent.

 

Filipinas might look exotic and dainty but beware. Things to ask yourself before committing:
1. Have you ever ask why a young girl/woman (ages 18 - 25) would marry a man who is 15 yrs and up older than her?
2. Does she have education and a job?
3. What's her family like?
4. Who are her circle of friends?
these are just of the few things you need to know before saying "I do"
and of course always know that there are always bad lawyers in every part of the world.

 

No guys I did not abuse her verbally or other, she abandoned me she left the house with all the hired help & her own 3 kids, then 3 days later tried to come back & of course I said on your bike, I had enough of the tantrums & BS, so she decided with her Lawyer to get her hands on my money, it’s easy with the crimes against women act, so look out guy’s, I think she knew she made the mistake of leaving the house, but still it was in her name. So come on guys I am not an abuser ok????? I did not come here to make my woman a slave or think I am superior to her.

 

Oh and guy's I did support her before & after she left the house, she was on a good thing lots of shopping money her kids were in LaSalle private school , and even after she left I supported her financially.

 

Generally those of us here wouldn't be the type to be abusers, as that type likes staying seperate from the rest of the expat society so I believe yah. My ex also tried saying to me I was abusive and cruel and all that nonsense as well simply because I left her after 1 1/2 years of talking and trying to help her with her issues and she never cared enough to try.

 

Yep you got it there, she was the one to be abusive, she had a wicked tongue, was not interested in changing just said that's me, abused all her relatives and workers I was embarrassed when she was in one of her moments.

 

Maybe this causes a problem for the sale ?

 

Brian, sorry to hear your story, it has been a while since I heard similar, although a certain piano player in town apparently got butt humped too but not the jail part.

Your story should be mandatory reading for all foreigners coming here to find a lady, maybe under the "Buyer Beware" section.

On the lighter side, and this is true. My first date in Makati after getting a divorce was this cute shapely naive young lady who couldn't speak English but was probably wearing a nice padded bra, so I took her to a nice Italian restaurant; her aunt was chaperoning from distance as apparently this was the girl's first date. After dinner she didn't drink but I did, I left the table to takea whiz. When I went back to the table the waitress told me my nice girl ordered ten take out chicken dinners (@400 a pop) and smartly asked me if I wanted to confirm the order. I had to laugh and told her no. The girl's aunt kept texting her to talk me into ordering the take out. That was a short relationship; however, I started dating her girlfriend who was our interpreter and that led to a relationship from hell, two suicide attempts, one she almost died at Makati Medical, and head banging on the floor thereafter I couldn't f'n get rid of her. Finally I gave her some big money and put her on a plane for Iloilo, then I came here to go diving and met my future wife. I learned a few lessons, find a virgin from the mountains.
