    Hello all

I'm very happy as time seems to be closing for my fiancee to get her K1-visa...this has been drawn out almost a year...
to be specific this is a non immigrant fiancee visa...she has completed her medical and will go for her interview next Tuesday (Feb. 7)...with this being a non immigrant visa will I need to get her a round trip ticket to the US or can she get bye on a one way ticket. If any body has done this I would very much appreciate your response.

    Thanks in advance
    Carl

For visa reason you don't have to buy a plane ticket.
Only a reservation is needed, and that reservation can be canceled if the visa is not granted.
So go to a travel agency that will make a reservation (for a fee) and buy the ticket after you get the visa

Wow! A year? Most of our K1 clients have their visa in 6-7 months, however, some do have issues such as wrong names/misspellings on birth certificates, medical issues, and the like.

A one way ticket is all that is needed.

LOL. Most people we know that undertake the process themselves, tell us that if they ever had to do it again they would just pay our fee of $400 instead.
