    It looked like cop had a woman pulled over in front of Honeycomb around noon, and I think she was searching under her seat for ORCR. The cop was standing next to what looked like his scooter as well.

    Random check during daytime, and check points on certain street intersections during night time. This is one way to discourage car napping, drug trafficking, and illegal possession of firearms in the city. If the driver can not present the vehicles registration and a valid driver's license, there's a big chance that the vehicle will be impound, where you have to claim it upon presenting the valid documents on the next office working day.
    If you cant present a PTC for your firearms, you will go to jail.

    how do they get gas money to patrol with? Is there a city-affiliated gas station with a monthly budget?
