An interesting internet attack on bribery is taking place in Asian and Middle Eastern countries where bribery is common. IPAIDABRIBE is a website where the victim can remain anonymous but post his/her experience in paying mostly small but routine bribes to various official agencies. It seems to be having some effect given that China shut the site down after two weeks. It would be nice to see this disclosure applied to the Philippines.
You'd probably need at least twenty or more servers & 'terrabytes of terrabytes' storage in the case of the Philippines, to efficiently capture all the input for a local IPAIDABRIBE.
It is an indian side. a website where one can name and accuse anonymous other people will be closed in most countries of the world, the way it is made up is simply not legal in most countries
You'll need to bribe the person who paid you the bribe not to report you as taking a bribe....Did that make sense?
In the Philippine political structure, if you don't accept the bribe, you're an enemy. If you're an enemy, you don't receive benefits. If you don't receive benefits, you have nothing to bribe the people. If you cant bride the people, you will lose in the election. If you complain and expose the bribery, there's a bigger chance to get shot or missing.
Hahahaha. In the UK they are called "consultancy fees" and masquerade as out-of-pocket expenses !!!!!
