there are tons of Koreans in Luzon. monthly new Korean owned hotels and entertainment establishments are opening. Thousands are coming as weekend-tourists. They leave much more money here on a weekend than we in 4 weeks. i believe it was a symbolic arrest. none of the officials in the PI wanna lose out on that income.
But Korea is much safer than the "satellite" fall out launched by their bestfriend - N. Korea. Luzon is in a "panic" state now, i think i read an article about that last night, where they were planning to evacuate the Luzon inhabitants... hahaha.. to where? i don't know.. I don't even get how logical would that be. O-o lol
I just got into a fight with my neighbor because this idiot shot a dog then it is laying there yelping for 20 minutes because he shot it in the body and it did not die then He beat it to death with a piece of lumber. All of this happening while my 2 nieces and nephew look on who are 6 to 10 years old. I am thinking of getting a paint ball gun just to shoot the stupid people with. it's not permanent washes right off but hurts like hell. Let's see how they like the pain. this kind of stuff is the hardest for me to take living here.I can put up with the million other annoying things but I hate cruelty to a person or animal that cannot defend itself.
yes they shot the dog with a gun in the body and it did not die it lay there in pain yelping while they beat it with a stick until it died
"they??" wow, team effort you say? Geesh, if it were in my hometown, police would go and catch the guy who fired a gun. (but not sure about the dogs). Why did THEY shot the dog and beat it afterwards? Is the dog made to be a "pulutan?" Uh, "pulutan" means Philippine cuisine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia , just try to read there the description. :D Any event, yep, it's kind of a "norm" to almost anywhere in the Phils to make dogs as "pulutan". Yep, it sounds disgusting i know. Even imagining eating dogs makes me gag! O.o
