    I like both cities! Grew up in Bacolod myself...want to check out Duma... Bacolod is great but since I grew up there, I run into people i Know EVERYWHERE!! hahah

    I lived in Bacolod for two months and liked it but would not consider it my sweet spot. Others have said the best of it so I will just add that the CRA Apartments are a good place to stay for a month or two while you look around. Contact Kat. CRA is on the street across from Loupes East and between 18th PalaPala and Savemore.
