Please advise the name and address where to send the letter to ARD ?

Also, is there a pro forma letter I can copy, or is there an application form for this request to have it all done here in Dumaguete ?, because I am living here now permanently as from 15th March. Thank you.

Hi folks.

For the information of anyone else who is knew to this, I was advised by the Manager of the Immigration Bureau office here in Dumaguete, today, Mr. Peter Bueno, that this process definitely cannot be completed in Dumaguete, but only in Manila or Cebu. This is totally contrary to other advice I previously had received from a source outside of the BI.

So why would you have listened to a source outside the B.I.D., (which actually stands for Bureau of Immigration & Deportation)?

I received information from outside the BID, before I got the information from BID. Maybe you missed that when you read all the previous posts in this thread. Thank you so much for your concern. Also, this thread is so old, and out of date now. Your timing is way off.
