Are globe complete idiots?

    Billing and Connection problems

    We too have the same problem since October of 2011 until Feb. 2012 we didnt get our bill. We went to pay to their office in Robinsons and complained about it few times plus the connection that sucks and was told they were going to make a report about it and send to Manila main. By March this year, a guy finally delivered our bill and i asked him why just now, his answer was the previous guy who used to deliver the bills was not doing his work, got lazy and was fired. He is now the new replacement to deliver bills and he met many of the same complaints from that previous delivery guy. I called 211 to report our connection problem, and the next day repairmen came and fixed it and its working better now. By this time, we are waiting for our next bill....O-xI

    Globe internet dumaguete has a very poor service. Six years ago, we also had Globe, same problem no bills eventually disconnected after months without paying.

    We are now using Sky, ever since no problem. Their staff text you 5 days before due to pay your bill or they will soft disconnect your net.

    Other thoughts, I'm planning to change my ISP to PLTD soon because i need a telephone. Sky doesn't have phones only tv cable.

    Well i am also globe customer.. since 2009 also we have also problem with the deliver billing part.. at the first we also wait the bill to deliver to us but there are times it delay so when we complain they say we allowed to pay without the bill..

    I get the same response when trying to send them a stop message.
    I sent Globe/ TM an email about a week ago advising them if they continue to invade our privacy and disturb us when we are sleeping or whatever with unsolicited text that we will both change to a new provider. The the text have diminished, none today so far, it takes about a week for anything to happen here. Time will tell.

    In Answer to your queston YES Globe are Idiots,
    I was haveing the same problem So I enroled in tere Email Billing & it usually works.
    Give it a go,

    We had similar problems too, not sure about the bills, but with the connection. So now we changed to PLDT and it's working better, so far, than globe. :D

    NYC, i'm having a gut feeling that i know you.

    Any event, PLDT is also a telecommunications company, just like globe and smart.

    And so far, it's performing better than Globe.
