Why don't you buy a new one, D.I.D. 520, with 120 links for 900Php or D.I.D Proffesional O-Ring from the States for about 60$.
I would not recomend lenghtening the chain if it's already well worn, you can also buy by the foot in Cebu in SM Top floor.
If you need only say 2-4 links, give me a PM and we can meet somewhere I have a few new links laying around, standard and O-Ring but no Locks and O-Ring Locks are hard to find.

I'll check with the shop that's going to install the sprockets. I'd do it myself, except the chain on the bike (7000km) has no master link, and of course I won't know how much chain I need until everything's installed.

    Labor is cheap.

Where at SM does one buy chain by the foot? At the motorcycle shop across from PAL?

I have not been at SM for a while but there used to be a Shop at the top floor somewhere in a side wing that was selling Helmets, Sprockets (AFAM France) and Chains (Coloured) and Easy Rides. "labour is cheap" and usualy not much good, what Sprocket are you getting, how many teeth? 46 would maybe fit without lenghtening and more is not good for the engine for Highway use.

I installed new parts made for US model XR200R which all bolted up perfectly. Much more power now

Lots more than here, but you'd have to go to the Honda web site to know.

My parts were made for 2002 XR200R; new parts from Honda parts network.
