Anyone know where I can get a fuel filter fitted to a Kawasaki Rouser 220, by someone who can speak English ? Also need the lights adjusted, high beam is pointing to the stars.

    Thanks.

Raddi bike parts near and across from Union Bank on Real St (with the Castrol sign out front) will do all at for you.

what irks me is that no one seems to know how to do his job properly. the problem disappers in their presence and comes back...no matter how long they have worked on it....and this visaya speaking...it seems tech has not helped to improve the local english

If you think that your Visaya speaking would improve the outcome of their "fiddeling" with mechanics they don't understand but have watched somebody else perform, you should take your time and watch for a while.
It's great fun if you know what and how it should be done and then see the "Mechanic", watched by 4-5 Guys (bystanders), performing the act with a lot of chatting and removing parts that are not needed to be removed but makes his work look so much more important.
The sad thing about this is that the humble (unknowing) owner of the vehicle is coming back again and again despite of the poor workmanship...

New Lucky Terminal stocks a lot of Kawasaki parts. They are located on the south end of the Blvd, just before you reach the Canday-Ong bridge. I know a young motorcycle mechanic that is very sincere. He just came to my house on the weekend and did tune-ups my my scooters (among other things) and did a good job. He also speaks good english. If you are interested, just PM me your cell number and I can put you in contact with him.
