Been to 3 shops in Dumaguete, one really large one that sells all kinds of cloth/fabric, what do ya call it bolts or something like that, plus every thread color and size imaginable and all that stuff one would use in sewing things. Not one person my asawa talked to had a clue who in town sells sewing machines though. Go figure. Protecting their friends seamtress businesses or ? O-| Anyone seen one ? Thanks ( Salamat )
My wife says there is a store that sells sewing machines (including industrial models) on the street where STI college is located. I dont know the name of the street but it is perpendicular to Dr Locsin St., opposite the police station.
There is a Japanese Surplus Store oposite of Qualphon/Generics Drugstore that has used Japanese 100Volts Sewing machines from many different Brands, some are very old but in surprisingly good conditions, there is also another Surplus Store where was Gimmic's in Daro was before. Good Luck
