Or maybe Cebu? I used to do some artsy stuff with a sandblaster and Resist tape. Though the tape was cut by a computer at a sign shop after digitizing what I wanted done... Might be fun to get back into it
A while ago I saw a Sandblasting Gun of reasonable quality in the Tools departement of Hyper Markt, I would also think that Matiao would know about it because they use heavy ones to derust their Ferryships and last but not least you already meet "Kalle from Bayawan and he has a parts Sanblasting-Box he build him self using the black Magnetite sand one can find at beaches sout of Dauin, Good Luck
