    Anybody else aware of the huge storm thats forming to the West of the islands?
    So far, so good it looks like it'll miss us :eek:

    Anyone else a little paranoid after that Sendong attack?

    Typhoon preparedness comes easy for those of us that have rode out a big one, I do not like typhoons. They are dangerous and deadly here.
    I rode out Super Typhoon Ruping (Mike) in 1990, it hit the Philippines with 140mph winds and as much or more rain as Sendong.
    It was Mother Nature run amok. Unbelievable powerful storm.

    Someone needs to become aware of their surroundings. Check your weather maps also. Did you happen to notice in this area most if not all typhoons travel from east to west. They do not come back. But maybe one will get mixed up and come back just to get YOU. I have to wonder what some people have been doing all their lives. Have some of you done anything except watch reality? tv shows and read romance novels ? I am sensing so much wasted so called education. Is there a mninum age for posting on this site ?
