The American Chamber of Commerace's 4th of July celebration is just around the corner. This year it will be held on July 7th at the grand ballroom of the Marriott Hotel and will have as its theme the 100th year celebration of the Titanic and the greatness of its history. We guarantee that this Titanic will not sink as the Marriott, which will be transformed into the lobby of the Titanic will sail through the evening with song, dance, entertainment, prizes, raffels and of course the excellent dinner that the Marriott always provides for this once a year great event - celebrating the friendship between two great nations The Filipino - American Friendship Day. This year's party promises to be very special. We will provide a wonderful cruise so get your boarding pass and don't miss this very special event.

Since we can only hold a limited number of guests please reserve your tickets as soon as possible. For those of you who would wish to reserve a table for yourselves and friends you can call Nina our AmCham secretary to reserve a table for you. Hey 4th of July is soon... this year 4th of July is already on 7th of July... pretty good for Philippino time... we expect that in 17 or 18 years that 4th of July might be on 6th of July. Continuing our big effort in 2050 we will have it on 5th of July

and hold your breath safe your money and if you are young enough, buy your ticket NOW for 2076 where we hit the actual date....

 

Christmas in January? Christmas music starts in the mall's in March. :D

 

July 4th? What holiday does that represent? Independence some say but for who? Surely not for American Citizens who now are yet again classified as third rate citizens after illegal aliens, then legal immigrants, and lastly Citizens. I'll just skip 4th of July again until there is something to celebrate.

For those who don't realize the US is collapsing and with Obama's newest executive Amnesty for illegal aliens just signed Friday because Congress wants to enforce rather then offer Amnesty to Obama's illegal voter block.

 

Fourth of July was when Will Smith saved the US from an alien invasion. There's even a movie made about this historic event.

 

Just talked to my Brother whos an ambulance driver in LA, he told me the a lot of the hospitals and medical facilities are already 3rd world there in So. California. He said if you don't have top tier ($$) medical insurance, you're F***ed.

 

And where do you think the Northern Europeans are heading when they continue to bail out countries like Greece, Spain and supposedly shortly Italy? There're already morons in so-called government advisory bodies that advise governments (the Dutch one to be exact) that elderly should no longer be cared for by the country/government (although they paid through their noses for care when still working), but that friends and family should take care of them.......

Long live socialist governments, they suck your wallet dry and than tell you they've spend your money to support those poor saps in Africa that couldn't buy their own guns to massacre each other.........

Ok, just Googled Marriot, they have over 3,700 properties worldwide am I supposed to guess which one is "celebrating" the Titanic disaster a few days after American Independance Day? I am going on the assumption that those who would go, already know where.
