Mart1 is just acroos Lee plaza.. perdices St. and San Jose st. OK Mart is in Perdices st too.. between San Juan st .. (where Gold lebel bake shop is 4 stores more then its Ok Mart). And Siliman ave.
I think Mart 1 is already closed. Yes its just across Lee plaza but i want to add that its also beside Dunkin Donut. Ok Mart is just across World View Pension plaza. i hope this helps

Yes they are the same but i do think the name is really World View Pension Plaza rather than hotel yes its OK Mart opposite the World View and Mart One beside Dunkin Donut. Have fun strolling!! Dumaguete is a nice place
Mart 1 died noisily and they pulled down the shutters, probably because all the staff went deaf from the ear-splitting mind-numbing loudspeakers at the entrance.
that is sooo funny and quite right, i used to walk there and cover my ears until i can get inside Howyang and eat my siomai in peace!!
I heard the Mart 1 employees were told to ante up from their own pockets for pay for an exorcism of the no-customer curse. The fewer people that would go there, the louder they would blast the noise (music).
I'm glad I wasn't the security guard standing next to those screaming speakers for 8 hours a day. OOps I walked by and I can't hear you.:D
