I noticed this crack just after the quake but over the last few months it has been getting progressively worse, I am surprised it has not got a bigger cordon area as that whole single section could come down at any time!

I cant believe how long its taken them to do repairs outside Mang Insal, its not just an eye sore, but i think an embarasment to the Robinson Corp. . . After all they are builders right ? Maybe they are waiting until there's enough work to consitute sending a repair team.

Hehe, it's not just the crack and render falling, today the tiles were up outside the cr near food court, a few weeks ago the tiles were popped in cinema area and fenced off. It does make you wonder every time I'm in the mall if it's the last time

The Toilets have been broken for 3 months the janitor there told me he has been requesting for 3 months to get the blockage repaired, so I complained at the customer service desk, maybe more of us long noses need to make complaints also, also about the building falling apart, after all we spend money there it should be a safe place to shop, in Bacolod SM there was rotting food meat or something for 2 weeks, I complained and the next day it was fixed, when I shopped there again the head guy pulled me aside and thanked me for complaining because others had complained about the smell but it wasn’t until a long nose complained that management was embarrassed enough to do something.

In China a few years ago there was a shopping Mall that Just collapsed, I think 1,500 people were killed, or injured too long ago to remember, the cause was corruption, they wanted less columns but didn’t reinforce the concrete at the other columns, the concrete was also too thin and poor quality, the air con on the roof was too heavy, the air con fell through the cracked roof (that was cracked for 2 weeks) then the next floor then the next floor. Maybe it could happen here at Robinson, it might be a matter on not if but when?

Makes you want to run right out and buy one of their condos. In some parts it looks like they applied finishing cement right over styrofoam. That's a good structural combination, right? (dry yankee humor)

Not that it really matters but the name of this topic should be renamed into: Inasal's outside wall area at Robinsons coming apart. That is if in the mean-time they did already repair the wall @Shakey's and a new problem raised @Inasal, according to my observations when I visited Robinson Mall today.
