Valencia Cost of land about one mile south of Downtown Valencia

Does anyone here know what the cost of land is in this area. You know, a ballpark figure just to give me some idea.

P100 to P1500 PSM, depending on the individual lot in question, clear title, convoluted title, or tax declaration, right of way, road access, residential, agricultural, or commercial, power, water, next to piggery, too many possible issues to list. Often one lot will be worth three times what the one next to it is, due to these issues and more.

I feel lucky I was smart enough to read these forums and just send my asawa to purchase our land in Dumaquete. If I would have show up the price would have gone up also. I plan on aquiring land next door also , just have to set up my baboy farm first .. lol

 

The land in question is very cheap, too cheap, which is why I asked. Slightly less then 400 per sq meter. Then when I checked the title the "owners" name is not on it. Hmm, do I smell a scam? Just like my Dad used to say, "if it's too good to be true, then it is".....
