Self Defense Classes in Dumaguete?

Anyone know some GOOD(preferably ex-military) self defense trainers here in Dumaguete. Also any members who have EXTENSIVE, self-defense training who would be willing to do some training for a few extra bucks and some free beer?

Go to the McDonalds in the morning and ask there, from what I've heard at least 3 out of 4 of the foreigners you'll meet are ex-seal, ranger, sf, swat and/or lion tamers.

I know of a Filipina from Cebu who trains PI military in martial arts-taking on two guys at a time just to set the pace

 

The older we get, the better we were!!!

 

I've known a few girls that take guys on two at a time - and one is from Cebu as well.

 

I know a few guys which take on 2 girls, no matter if from Cebu or Luzon, I prefer northern Leyte and Samar...

That Mindanao/Luzon combo works also. Then they have to talk to each other in English too. No secrets.

 

The Olongopo grandmother-mother combo was a nice trick for a bad boy jarhead....
