I highly recommend Gilot. GP welder training and Assessment Center Inc. His contact numbers. For globe is 09156339588 and for smart is 09192250361. They fabricate steel trusses, steel gates, fences and machining jobs and can weld anything except a broken heart..

I would get other quotes, Crispin can be expensive. Alvin in San Jose Banilad is reasonable

Probably the best Welding Shop in Town is "Goldwin" in Upper Talay along the Dumaguete-Valencia Highway, especially for ornamented iron fences and gates
but they are not cheapest either...

There's good welders, and theres cheap welders, but theres not a whole lot of good cheap welders.

Find a welder that keeps busy, the more ya weld, the better you weld.

thanks ron and all for the welding shop recommendations

we asked 2 tryke drivers where GP welder training is and neither knew.
so we texted GP for directions and we got a quick text back with the location but my gf didn't know where he was located so we called (several times) and finally got someone who gave us general directions : )
we followed the general directions til we could go no further and called again and got more directions.
we got closer but still not there, so we called again and got more directions.
we followed the latest directions and found the place but... the place was vacant and locked up. i mean... we just talked to ''someone'' moments before

we did get several bids from other shops and looks like we're gonna go with crispin.

Depending what you need doing, we have a welder that will come to you. If you don't get fixed up let me know, I also have a neighbor that has a weld shop. LOWER BATINGUEL If you want the number just shout.
