    I guess I don't know why you bother with Manila if you live down here. I went through Cebu and the Immigration Att'y there and got my Permanent Resident 13A card and it wasn't any big deal. It actually saved me a lot of trips, money, and time by dealing with him.
    Like anything else pretty much anywhere, go in with an attitude and that is what you'l get in return in my opinion. I had a nice experience is all I can tell you , and it was actually almost fun. The Att'y has a great sense of humor. Hopefully you do also, it makes life so much more fun.

    re mirrors my asawa and I were counting the bikes without mirrors, then we found it was easier to count the ones with mirrors, the
    sh-ts drive by there hearing, maybe i need a truck horn that will asist there hearing driving method.

    Well Charlie .t you talk too fast , during the time you were going to Cebu i was enjoying a draft beer on the Blvd, a lady agent was taking care of my I-card renewal, i did not go anywhere,it just cost me 50$ for her expenses,and i guess i would pay as much going to Cebu,stay overnight, meals..etc;The fact that Mnla ask for reciepts is because Dgte immigration srew up, and Cebu as also the reputation of taking advantage of the situation, you were just lucky. My friend and i renewed our I-card in Mars, he does not have his card back, they charged him another 1500 pesos because his ICR was more then 10years old and expired, they did not say anything about mine who is 25 Years old !! it depends who is in charge with your file, and if it is a friday or a fuk.. monday, they do what they want, coz they know they hold you by the balls ,right ?
