I have a Galaxy Tablet that I bought here in Dumaguete (Robinsons to be exact). My dog took a crap and p*ss on my charger and I was in need of a new one. Go to the store I bought it from and no accessories for the tablet I bought from them. Went to every shop that sold Samsungs and nothing. Went to cdr kind and decided after seeing the piece of crap they call a charger not to buy it, as I had already bought some worthless electronics from them before. Went to pick and carry and asked if they had, they said, "no" but I could clearly see the charger in the display case right under the girls nose. Told them to test the OEM Samsung charger and sure enough it worked. Two questions: 1. Why do these shops that sell a tablet not have something so basic as a charger? 2. Why do the people at shops say they don't have something that is clearly in the store. They don't look, don't ask anyone, don't care! In my world you get retrained or fired for being such an imbecile. But of course my world isn't the 3rd world. (guess I answered that question.......as well as the first....hmm, guess this is a useless post. Just a rant)
I don't think I would care if I were paid php150 day! Had the same thing happen to me a few times here also.
Perhaps there is a reason why they make only 150 a day? I've walked out of many establishments because of horrible customer service. I'm sure I'm not the only one, this affects sales. Less sales, less money for the owner, less profit, less you can pay employees. Of course given the greed here I doubt many owners making tons of profit would pass it along to employees. The culture here screws everyone. It's a hard cycle to get out of. Your Dog regularly chews, shits and pisses on expensive electronic equipment as well?
