    Hi, can anyone tell me which is the current asking rate per square meter for a lot in Dumaguete, say around the Bogo area? It would be for building and not farming......

    There is no uniform price for a lot.
    Many factors will influence the price asked.
    Size of the lot, along a concrete or asfalted road, right of way, with or without fence.
    All these factors and many more will make a lot cheap or expensive.
    Just compare several lots and take your time, don't think that a certain lot is the last available in the market.

    You're right...here are more details...
    About 300 square meters, lot within a small walled compound, concreted road at front, clean title, right of way a resolved issue, Bogo area.

    Even with this information it is impossible to give correct information.
    300 m, square, rectangle, flat ,slope ???
    Concrete road at front and right of way? so the right of way is over a concrete road?
    I think you have to compare with price in the neighbourhood to find out what the going price is.
    If rectangle (+/- 18 x 18 m), flat, water, electricity, kabel and internet right available in front and no special requirements from the subdivision management the price might be 1,500,000 pesos or up.

    Where is your lot (size/average price by sqm in the area, accessible services) and what his your plan about your structure ?
