Has anyone come across a craftsman or a shop in Dumaguete that fabricates, repairs, polishes, etc. brass items? TIA

There is a couple in Dumaguete Market, Building 3 (across the street from Vintage Inn) that repairs jewelry. The lady told me that she also reapirs brass.
