    I really need to get hold of her. She used to have an office by the Boulevard. If anybody knows, her please extend to her my post.

    Not much info can be found about her on the internet. I'm also searching for a judge Roga at MTC 1 in Dumaguete. I don't even have a contact number or a first name to go with that info. I will try to see if I can get a list of judges and lawyers in Negros Or. (if there's such a thing) and I'll let you know if I come across a Persephone Evangelista.
