Boracay tops Travel + Leisure’s annual World’s Best Islands

Beautiful pics Rhoody and very informative post. Will remember Station 3, Puka beach and Malapascua in the future. No time for a vacation right now since i am undergoing training for a new job and waiting for visa to be approved. Will be seeing some Perth beaches instead before Boracay and Malapascua me thinks... i am so jealous you have already been to these two places O-|

 

Chiming in late, but wondering if anyone else has visited/what they think about Bantayan Island, which is getting some mention as "the next Boracay". Always wanted to visit there but never seem to be able to fit it into the schedule when we're here.

The taxi driver we hired for a day tour of Cebu mentioned that he frequently shuttles foreigners up to Hagnaya to catch a ferry. Is there a way to get there from Negros?

Will have to add Malapascua to the list too! I just realized a YouTube video I've watched was about Malapascua, didn't dawn on me that it was "in the neighborhood" so to speak.
