Advice on rental prices (beachfront dauin) with rental company or agent

Hi all,
My wife and I were finally able to secure our beachfront lot in Dauin, after 2 years of searching and waiting we managed to get a lovely place right on the ocean front,
Currently we are abroad securing my wifes residency and I wondered if anyone could give some advice as to what sort of price range does proerty rent out for on the beach as we are not ready to move there yet, maybe 6 months to 2 years we think,
I was guessing around 35,000 pesos a month for our place? a 3 bed house, 2 story on a 1500sqm lot with private garden and lots of native outbuildings,
Also is there any way we could have a trustworthy agent/company be the ones to take collect the rent and make sure the place is looked after? we currently have our brother looking after it but this costs us and we would prefer to get a income from this until we can move in ourselves

I rent a 4 bedroom house on the beach about 1 mile from robinsons. its an older house but very nice I like the conveinance of being close. I pay 10000 pesos a month

 

10K for a 4 bedroom on the beach is a good deal if it's a decent house. Congrats on the "find"!

its the deal of the century, that must be a long term old find surely or the owner just wants it taken care of.

I remember looking around a couple of years ago and staying at private garden with dave at the helm, i really liked that place,
anyway we managed to secure a property there now, after 2 years of looking hard and finding the right deal.
Although now we are out of the country it seems it maybe a while until we can return....

 

There are quite a few foreigners living in houses and apartments on the beach in Dauin. I have a friend with a cool place paying 25k pesos monthly rent there

I had a friend staying in Dauin and was paying 25k a month but the place was a apartment and only arpund 50-60 sqm floor space, although very nice, i am trying to get a rough guide what others are paying currently, and thanks for your replys so far.
i am guessing that i think our property is worth at least 30k due to the size of it,
i dont know if you remember but i was here a while ago searching for a place, when i say ours would be worth 30k at least lets remember i would be including furniture and a car for use so pretty good overall deal,
anyway as it stands we are not yet committing to renting it, we just exploring options!

There are multiple rental units, house-apartments in Dauin close to both Private Residence Resort and Lowlands Resort. I've seen larger units such as yours asking 50k peso month rent. There are agents here if you have to use them, maybe Davy200 can help you with your place.
