    The Banks are closed because of a typhoon that is 2 days away. Does that mean the wont open before thursday ?
    Great for all the businesses holding lots of money .They dont give a stuff to the public. old woman .

    I believe the eye of the typhoon will hit tonight at 9pm. Need to give your employees time to prepare their homes and families for the typhoon or give them opportunity to relocate if they are in flood susceptible location. It appears the bank managers actually care about their employees, good for them. I suspect most other businesses (either the ones holding lots of cash or not) will be closing early today if they already haven't.

    It was known this typhoon was tracking towards Dumaguete for the past week. If you weren't smart enough to stock up on food, water and cash before hand then that's on you. I have no sympathy for someone who is trying to get this done several hours before the center of the typhoon hits. Only an idiot doesn't know that typhoons can be several hundred kilometers wide and the danger and destruction doesn't just fall in the eye of the storm.

    SIR I not an idiot thanks. I come from the land of cyclones and have been though 2 at sea being a ships captain . I was ready when it was a low . WOW is it coming from CDO to duma in 7 hours i have never seen one that fast best check the up dates, have you seen one yet ? . ill stand by what i said they are old woman n weak as p*ss . under the bed is a good place lol

    Looks like maybe 6pm it will hit now, it appears the storm is just southwest of siquijor right now. Most of the local news channels are covering the storm now (if you have electricity, I'm running my generator up in Valencia). In the hurricane prone areas in the US most businesses close AT LEAST 24 hours prior to a hurricane coming through to allow for evacuations. Running your life as normal during a hurricane/typhoon is a good way to find yourself dead.

    Those old ladies likely aren't too concerned with a bank deposit right now anyways.

    WOW does every one go home in the U.S.A that would be fair i just walked up town all the shops are open , I wonder how all the employees will get home?no one gives a stuff about them not the upper class that for sure . duma city is brown out at the moment a dog pissed on a post some were. I never said i had to bank or shop said it was weak to just close with out notice they also knew it was coming a week ago
