Been researching about boats to Apo Island, and all of them are around P1,500+ for 5-6 pax. Is there a cheaper alternative? I'm traveling with one other person, so it's out of our budget to rent a boat to ourselves. Is there a ferry we can take to Apo Island, like the ferry to Siquijor? If so, how much do those cost per head? Thanks!
If you show up in Malatapay and take the "public" boat to Apo Island you save some peso. It can't be called ferry and you share it with many people. I can't recommend that for many reasons, but it is certainly a bit cheaper.
