Although NOT on the same scale, ask Bashar al-Assad how having an armed populace is working out for him!!

I don't want to force firearms on anyone. I would be happy letting the states decide the issue. I don't think the other side would grant me the same latitude, they want federal laws to enforce their will on everyone.

Yeah, great example. A third world sh*t hole in the middle east with a defense budget that wouldn't even cover the cost of medicare patients adult diapers in the US. p*ss off with that stuff. Apples and Oranges.

These bans are fighting a losing battle with technology.

NY Congressman Introducing Ban On 3D-Printed High Capacity Gun Magazines | TPM LiveWire

3D printed guns aren't highly capable right now and only certain parts can be printed, but it's only a matter of time.

3-D printed gun fires 6 shots — then falls apart - FutureTech on NBCNews.com

That's a can of worms. If the U.S. government ever got to the point of unleashing the military on U.S. civilians then the U.S. probably wouldn't be far off from becoming a third world sh*t hole itself.

It is absolutely amazing, and highly entertaining actually, to see some of the comments coming from some members here, it has been suggested to me that it is very likely they are smoking, sniffing or drinking substantial amounts of mind altering substances....................lol.....................lol:wink::wink::wink:.......................:dnr:

Such comments have been further added to - "surely they were not like that from birth"????????????????...............lol.........

Yeah, which is why it's a bad argument for gun control.
