Has anyone seen the NRA advertisement on the US TV , it involves Obamas children, and has apparently had the reverse affect to what the NRA was expecting. It appears that most Americans are calling ''foul'' over it. This may even help Obama get his proposals accepted by Congress. ? In my humble opinion, I think that the majority of Americans would be behind Obama on this one.

If the majority of Americans want more gun laws then it's a done deal, right? The media concentrated in the Northeast and west coast asks questions of people when they are sure of the answers they will get, and if they get an answer they do not approve of, that opinion, article or story does not run. It's one of the comical things about judging a nation as a whole from what it's news media reports. I as a rational person refuse to believe until I have first hand knowledge that Kiwi's have unnatural relations with sheep, although I have often heard it said by generally credible sources who have nothing to gain by spreading disinformation. Nor am I calling for greater sheep regulation in New Zealand because I am not a citizen of that country and how they conduct their affairs within their borders is none of my business.

Has anyone seen the US news that gunshops have run out of stock on semiautomatic military type rifles? I would like to personally thank president Obama for introducing so many new people to the joys of military pattern semiautomatic rifles. Since supplies of these rifles and ammunition have sold out or are extremely low, more will have to be produced to satisfy demand for yet more new inexperienced users who might never have owned this type of rifle can/ will learn the joys of doing so. Good job, Mr. president.

Hmmm...not a fan of rampant gun ownership...but in the US I can almost understand their security concerns and apprehension of their government. I suggest that they have a large contingent of gun users who would never let a dictatorship occur...and would be very inclined to reset the the government according to the Constitution.....It's called the US military....and I'd further suggest that its enlisted members and junior officers would never fall for a slimy takeover from elitists....(most of the military is drawn from working class Americans)...and they have enough firepower, skill, and coordination to defeat such a threat. Further suggest that day is perhaps not that far away...

Many Americans, don't approve of euthanasia of people incompetent to ask for it in Holland. I guess the people in Holland aren't smart enough to see why it's wrong to euthanize people who didn't ask for it. LOL. At least that is what I gathered from a quick internet search of news media.:D

Did you know someone in Holland who wanted euthanasie , and how difficult it is to get euthanasia .
I know and i can asure you that there are many rules to get it and not easy I can asure you because my nephphew wanted that three weeks ago, but to late for him and he died without euthanasia last week. He ha prostate , bone and lung cancer.
But I also know that many people in the US die because they have no money for a doctor or hospital, so If I had a choice I go for
    Holland.
That is what I gathered from a quick internet search of news media also LOL.
Next time you get beter informed before you reply on someting you only get from news media.

    Greetings J.Diver

No, the slanted and twisted media is the one who are calling "foul". Most Americans see the hypocrisy of Obama wanting to legislate more useless gun laws into existence while his children are protected everyday with security that carries guns.
