Does anyone know Alex Deppe ( american) who lived in Dumaguette a few years ago and s

I traveled to Phils with Alex deppe about 4 years ago( it was the 1st time either of us travelled to Phils, then after a time we went our separate ways and he e-mailed me that he had bought a property above dumaguette. I visited him there about 4 or so years ago. Now i am unable to locate him. He doesn't answer my e-mails and we didn't have a falling out or anything. He drove me to the bus station when I left. Now I am a bit worried about him. I won't post his e-mail address or any other things about him in case he just doesn't want to have any contact with me and so - is not responding. However if anyone knows of him or knew of him- please respond to duke-ster@yahoo.com-- the thing about the property purchase details he told me about is what worries me and why i fear that something bad has happened to him. There is a town to the south I believe- which is near to where he bought. There is a ferry there which takes you across the water to where you can catch a bus to cebu- If that helps anyone. he had a neighbor who was an older gringo who was living with the sister of Alex's girlfriend. Does that ring any bells with anyone? he drove a new grey Miitshubishi ( I believe)pickup. went to the gy and his gf did massages. Hoping he is ok and no foul play has occurred.
